Holte Manufacturing started making drilling tools 40 years ago. Today, we remain recognized as a leader in the industry, innovating performance driven tooling and drilling system solutions throughout the world. We operate two separate facilities in Oregon, USA. Our machining and fabrication is done in Veneta & our heat treating is done in our Springfield, Oregon, facility.
Holte's patents on tooling and drilling and hole boring techniques range from reverse circulation grout through hammer drilling to casing installation techniques. Throughout the years, performing on the job site analysis and extensive product testing and development, has kept our products cutting edge and exceeding the demands of our customers. |

Holte's manufacturing facility in Veneta, Oregon, has long been home to some of the greatest innovations in drilling tools. From this facility, housing some of the largest CNC machine centers on the west coast, we coordinate in house design and manufacturing with our in house heat treatment and product testing facilities to ensure your project stays on track. If your project has the need we are set up to manufacture with the shortest turnaround in the industry for custom tooling and solutions.
Our large fabrication facility and storage yard, is designed around custom and retrofit work on drill rigs as well as being our product testing grounds for tooling. Drill rig rental are also based at this facility. Holte is known for its pride and excellence in workmanship with steel fabrication and welding, hydraulic and pneumatic work as well as assembly and painting in our massive paint booth that is capable of housing almost any size drill rig.

Holte's heat treatment facility in Springfield, Oregon, houses over half a dozen industrial ovens, a pit furnace, an endothermic generator and several styles of quench tanks to ensure that our final products are the ultimate balance between hardness and durability.
